So, I mean, as we look at the REIT space, it's been somewhat out of favor with investors over the last few years, but you say that you are very constructive on the space now. I just looked before we got on the line here, we're 1% off from the 52-week high to the REIT index. We're about 4% or so away from our 5-year high.
