Plymouth Industrial (PLYM) - Hoya Hotseat In the News All PLYM Feb 25 Written By Alex Pettee, CFA Hoya Capital Plymouth Industrial REIT (NYSE: PLYM) is a small-cap Industrial REIT with a portfolio of 158 properties comprising 35 million square feet. PLYM focuses on secondary markets within the “Golden Triangle” - seven markets in the Midwest and Southeast United States - with 80% roughly of its portfolio rented to tenants under triple-net leases.
Plymouth owns a roughly 50/50 mix of single-tenant and multi-tenant properties, with roughly 60% classified as “distribution” warehouses and the other 40% being small-bay industrial or light manufacturing. Continue reading ▶︎ Interviews Press All Hoya Hotseat PLYM Alex Pettee, CFA Transcript okay well Plymouth industrial re as you know um a little background I guess but for Plymouth we have about almost 40 million square feet of space um across probably six major markets we manage currently about 80% of that space is managed inhouse with our own property managers so we have an office in Boston Memphis um Columbus is a large office for us Atlanta as well as Jacksonville Florida so across those five offices we have our own property managers um asset managers um so that that's you know about 215 buildings as we speak um primarily looking for buildings at anywhere from 100,000 to 300,000 Square ft now we now we own buildings little smaller and we own a few that are much larger than as well but that's really our core as far as the strategy is concerned we are um really looking at buying uh properties with shorter Walts that's really been our our main State since ...
