It's time for today's drill down where we focus on one ETF. Eric, what do you have for us? Scarlet, today we are going to the REIT sector. We haven't been here in like a year, I feel like. So, Hoya Capital High Dividend Yield ETF, the ticker R-I-E-T.

So, REIT, almost, but this is essentially an ETF that goes out and looks for the 100 highest yielding REITs, but with the quality screen to try to get rid of some junk that the yield might not be worth it. So, it's a That's what you're getting with this. It's a multi-factor approach. So, it's not active. Uh it is a index base, but uh when you use multi-factor, it's got a lot of active in the design. 50 bips, about average for the sector.

Uh $100 million. Uh let's look at the yield. You know, REITs are interesting. Like, you you can, you know, be bullish the sector, but most people who go into REITs want the yield, right? Look at the yield here. 10%, right? That's what's getting people into REITs. That's almost like a fixed-income attribute. And when you ...
