Continue reading ▶︎ Press All Hoya Hotseat PINE Interviews Alex Pettee, CFA Transcript Alpine income property trust is a single tenant net lease re focused on Purely uh retail properties uh so we've been public a little over 3 years and we're you know quickly have um made the portfolio 100% retail and uh 64% investment grade so it's a higher yielding uh cheaper as far as discount the nav than the other reats uh but one of the smallest we took uh Alpine public uh roughly three years ago uh from CTO we had a in in CTO we had a a portfolio of net leak properties that we knew were high quality that would play well in the public market so we took them public and we raised additional Capital to grow it and uh as the company CTO manages Alpine uh we're a little bit more Nimble than than other net lease reats fast to act and we see other opportunities that others don't because we're buying U multi- tenative properties as well um also we're doing loans out of Alpine which are higher yielding and less risk so obviously given us a net lease reate with longer term leases it's impacted by interest rates so we've obviously um you know suffered a lot of the Brun of higher interest rates but now his interest rates seem to be leveling off and the expectation that maybe they'll going down I think the fundamentals are pretty strong um so the way we've talked to investors about our company given our dividend yields almost 7% you're really getting paid to wait ...
