A long time veteran of the REIT industry, David was most recently the managing director of Armada ETF Advisors. David’s prior experience includes 11 years at Green Street Advisors – an eminent REIT research firm - as a Vice President of Institutional Trading, where he worked with institutional clients, hedge funds, pension funds, and other investors.

David also spent time at World Equity Group and Esposito Securities, where he helped to build out the REIT/Real Estate platform and worked with ETF issuers. He also worked at Financial Marketplace Inc as a retail investment adviser. David is the publisher of “The Daily REITBeat Newsletter”, a widely-followed industry publication that covers the publicly-traded REIT sector and is also a consultant with IR Concierge, LLC which is focused on corporate access in the REIT industry.
