    Based on past trends, these portfolios tend to overperform during periods of accelerating economic growth but underperform in an economic slowdown.

    Investments typically include a balanced blend of companies that, based on prior trends, could be expected to perform on par with the broad real estate market indexes with respect to risk and return.

    This balanced objective provides for the preservation of capital with an emphasis on income generation and long-term growth.
